The McGuff Company is currently looking for an ASP.NET web developer with SQL database experience to join our team of professional developers. This position will assist the team in developing our four Corporate websites, product software, and internal web-based tools. We are looking for someone wants to learn, expand, and grow!
Professional Requirements
Ability working with ASP.NET in C#, Web Forms and MVC. Knowledgeable of latest Web technologies, cross browser and platform issues Relational databases experience such as SQL using ADO.Net, Linq to SQL and Entity Framework is a plus. Ability to use and modify Application Programing Interface (API).
Summary of Responsibilities
Assist in the development and production of various applications including windows and web based services. Contribute and implement technical concepts to improve site usability and customer satisfaction Testing applications implementing analytics, testing cross-browser consistency Collaborate on opportunities and issues with team members and management.

Description
The McGuff Company is currently looking for an IT Tech to join our team. This position will assist the team in developing and maintaining our four corporate companies with product software, physical equipment, and servers.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
- Help desk position - Deliver technical customer support over the phone, using remote tools or on location. Occasional after hours as necessary
- Respond to client support request tickets, calls, and emails. Acknowledge and escalate issues that are brought to your attention, but may fall outside of IT support.
- Support and train end-users in a wide range of software applications as needed.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. Able to utilize research and collaborate with the IT department when necessary to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
- Provide onsite troubleshooting of computer and electronic systems.
- Learn and comply with regulated business environment guidelines, standards, and procedures (HIPPA, cGMP, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5, etc.)
Provide support for the following systems (installation, upgrades, troubleshooting):
- PC/Laptop Hardware and Software
- Network Peripherals and Printers
- VoIP Telephone System or equipment
- Laptops, projectors, or other computer systems
- PC/Network Inventory and IT assets.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person who is willing and eager to learn, expand their knowledge, and grow with the company. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability desired.
Experience required with modern Microsoft Windows desktops including Windows 7, 8, and Windows 10
Active Directory and Windows Server product experience desired
Ability to learn/knowledge of Laptop/Printer Hardware Ability to fix common printer issues, configure printers and laptops and their common peripherals
Networking skills a plus – TCP/IP, create RJ45 cable, neat cable management/routing
Ability to troubleshoot and solve PC/Network problems quickly and accurately
Excellent communication, telephone support, and interpersonal skills required with a customer service focus
Entry level position, all relevant experience considered, some PC support experience required but this can be in an educational or informal setting
Education
BA/BS MIS, CIS, or related technical discipline desired
Experience
Greater than one year experience in Help desk support or educational degree
Specialized Knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
Good communications skills
Microsoft Windows Operating Systems: server and desktop
